Campaign Operations Manager

Katz Digital is seeking a Campaign Operations Manager to oversee the successful execution and delivery of digital advertising campaigns. The role requires ownership of accounts and close collaboration with sales teams and account managers to optimize results for advertisers. Responsibilities Traffic and track direct IO & programmatic campaigns across platforms in a timely manner. Handle various ad file types and third‑party tags, ensuring proper implementation on the server. Be familiar with ad server logic (AND vs OR targeting) and assess inventory availability. Collaborate on optimizations with Client Service Managers & Sales Representatives. Interpret reporting and troubleshoot technical issues to proactively optimize campaigns. Qualifications Familiarity with ad‑tech terminology and industry standards. Quick learner, self‑motivated, team player with strong communication skills. Organized, efficient, strategic thinker; proactive and solution‑oriented. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Superior customer service and problem‑solving skills. 4‑year college degree; 2+ years working in ad servers/DSP/SSP or a similar role preferred. Experience with digital audio and podcast campaigns is a plus. Involvement with advertising measurement/attribution partners is a plus. Salary will be determined by experience, knowledge, skills, and market data. The range is approximately $26.38 to $32.97 per hour. Location: New York, NY – 125 West 55th Street, 10019.
