We’re hiring Roofing Laborers who are ready to show up, work hard, and take pride in delivering top-quality craftsmanhip on residential, commercial, and repair roofing projects across Central Florida. From tear-off to dry-in to final install — you’ll be the hands that make it happen. What You’ll Do: Tear off existing roofing materials safely and efficiently Install dry-in packages including underlayment, peel and stick, and flashing Install shingles, accessories, vents, boots, and drip edge according to code and company standards Perform minor roof repairs as needed during projects Assist the crew with clean-up, loading, and job site prep Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, professional work environment Why Join the CU Crew?
