Production Management Lead/Senior Business Systems Analyst

Role: Production Management Lead/Senior Business Systems Analyst Exp: 10+ yrs Location: NYC (3-4 days/week) Note: looking for someone with true production/L3 ownership plus Salesforce/CRM experience , rather than a pure Salesforce BA.

Overview: The role will serve as a key liaison between Business, Production Management, and Development teams, ensuring the stability, integrity, and continuous improvement of the Client Data Platform and Salesforce platforms supporting Distribution, Marketing, Operations, Investor Services, Client Relations, and Product Management organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Own day-to-day L3 production management for the Client Data Platform and Salesforce ecosystem
Monitor platform health, data feeds, batch processes, and critical workflows
Handle production monitoring, issue triage, service restoration, incident/problem/outage management, and root cause analysis
Manage business requests, incidents, defects, enhancements, and data-related tickets through ServiceNow
Gather requirements and develop functional specifications, process flows, and use cases
Serve as a Salesforce / CRM SME for business and technology teams
Support release planning, testing, deployment readiness, Jira workflows, and change controls
Perform data validation and investigate data-quality issues
Work directly with senior business and technology stakeholders

Required

7+ years in Production Management, Business Analysis, CRM Technology, or Application Support
Strong Salesforce or enterprise CRM experience
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Agile
Incident management and root cause analysis experience
Hands-on experience with Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Python, or similar data analysis tools
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
