Senior Level Call Center Team Lead ProSidian is seeking a Senior Level Call Center Team Lead for program support on a contract basis located in Charlotte, NC across the Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC). Seeking Senior Level Call Center Team Lead candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as COC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Call Center Team Lead Functional Area Professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. Job Overview Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Senior Level Call Center Team Lead) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World). Responsibilities and Duties Supervise call center agents. Monitor performance and provide coaching. Develop staffing schedules. Qualifications 3+ years call center experience, 1+ year leadership. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Skills Required Leadership, performance monitoring, conflict resolution. Competencies Required Team motivation, accountability, decision-making. Other Details May lead training for new hires. Oversees quality assurance programs. Works with management to improve processes.
