**Job Description:**

* **Position Type:** Part-Time (Contract-to-Perm)
* **Hours:** Minimum of 20 hours per week (Must be available Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon PST)
* **Starting Rate:** $6.00/hr (Pre-Launch Period Rate; will scale up substantially as platform revenue begins to flow)
* **Experience Required:** Minimum 5+ years of intensive WordPress development and administration
* **Location:** Remote (Global)

**About the Role**

We are an innovative tech-conversion ecosystem in our pre-launch phase, paying the workforce to assemble by deploying frictionless, automated revenue models. We are seeking a highly skilled, reliable, and sharp WordPress Webmaster to take complete technical ownership of our digital infrastructure.

This is **NOT** a website redesign role. Your mandate is execution, system maintenance, plugin engineering, database automation, and mobile optimization. You will ensure our "digital vending machine" remains flawlessly operational, completely mobile-responsive, and ready for global traffic.

**Core Responsibilities**

**1\. WordPress Infrastructure & Plugin Engineering**

* Maintain and optimize our existing WordPress infrastructure; **no core webpage redesigns will be required.**
* Edit, modify, and customize PHP plugins as needed to fit our custom user-flow requirements.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and eliminate technical glitches instantly to ensure a zero-friction user experience.

**2\. Fluent Ecosystem Management**

* Take full command of our internal marketing and community engine, including deep configuration and administration of:
* **FluentCRM:** Managing contacts, automations, webhooks, and email sequencing.
* **FluentAffiliate:** Overseeing affiliate tracking, custom referral link/QR configurations, and tier payouts.
* **Fluent Community:** Ensuring seamless member engagement areas, profiles, and platform environments.

**3\. Mobile Responsiveness & Quality Assurance**

* Perform rigorous, continuous testing to guarantee that **every single page functions flawlessly on mobile devices**. Mobile execution is our highest priority.

**4\. High-Tech Graphic Design**

* Create slick, cutting-edge, high-tech digital graphics, banners, and marketing assets to be used across our platform and member back-offices.

**5\. Automated Social Media Integration**

* Help us implement, test, and scale our automated social media posting systems.
* Coordinate API hooks and automated posting systems to deliver videos and ads seamlessly across major channels (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit) for our members.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**

* **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of verified WordPress development experience.
* **Deep Plugin/PHP Knowledge:** Ability to dive into plugin code, modify functionalities, and make custom tweaks without breaking site architecture.
* **Fluent Suite Expertise:** Proven, hands-on experience setting up and managing FluentCRM, FluentAffiliate, and Fluent Community.
* **Social Media Mechanics:** A thorough, deep understanding of how social media platforms work, including algorithms, API limits, third-party posting tools, and video/graphic upload constraints.
* **Design Skills:** Proficiency in modern graphic design tools to build sharp, high-tech marketing visuals.
* **Reliability:** Must be strictly available to work during our core window of **8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon PST, 5 days a week.**
* **References:** Professional references validating your WordPress mastery and reliability are **strictly required.**
