What You’ll Be Doing:
Work 1:1 with children in their homes
Follow personalized ABA treatment plans
Track progress and communicate with families
Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support

What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma (or equivalent) – College is a plus, but not required!
Must be 18 or older
Reliable transportation to get to clients home
Able to pass a background check
Active RBT Certification
Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Must be able to work in Monday to Friday (around 3 to 6p)
