Service Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)
Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time, with a path to full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m. (about 30 hours per week; some flexibility available)
Location: Remote (work from home)

Zinga's is hiring a Service Coordinator to keep our service jobs moving from start to finish, from your own home. You'll be the link between our installation team, our manufacturers and our customers. You'll make sure every job has complete, accurate information and that nobody is left waiting for an answer.

This role suits someone who likes a full plate, takes pride in getting details right, and wants a flexible part-time schedule without giving up meaningful work.

Room to grow

This position starts part-time. As our service volume increases and our training program develops, it can grow into a full-time role. If you show strong follow-through, we want to grow with you.

What you'll own

• Gathering, checking and organizing all the information each service job needs
• Working with installation teams to get missing or updated details
• Working directly with manufacturers to get accurate information for warranty claims, so each claim is handled correctly and fairly for both the customer and Zinga's
• Giving customers timely, accurate updates
• Keeping jobs moving without delays or gaps
• Tracking job progress and keeping accurate records
• Following up until each job is finished correctly

A typical day

• Calling field technicians to confirm job details
• Contacting manufacturers to confirm warranty coverage, part details and claim requirements
• Updating customer records and service notes
• Talking with customers about timelines and what to expect
• Spotting missing information and resolving it quickly
• Managing several service jobs at once

What you bring

• 1+ year of customer service, administrative or coordination experience (preferred)
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Close attention to detail and good organization
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at a fast pace
• A quiet, dependable home workspace and reliable internet
• Consistent availability during scheduled hours
