Global Equity Plans Lead & Compliance Expert

Genpact is seeking a seasoned Global Equity Plan Administrator to lead end-to-end equity plan administration for a public company. You will own ESPP and equity transactions, coordinate with Finance and Legal on reporting and compliance, and mentor a senior team member.
