We are a top‑5 3PL that focuses on employee growth, innovation, and continuous improvement. This role is located in Fontana, CA and offers a pay range of $72,876 – $84,000. Your Role Assist with developing training processes, including needs analysis, design approach, material development, training effectiveness assessment, and competency anchoring to support team goals. Develop and maintain standardized materials for each assigned sector or function. Train the trainers at each operation to ensure operational readiness and continuous improvement. What Are You Going To Do? Outline training processes for assigned areas or functions, including needs analysis, design approach, material development, and competency anchoring. Administer training, including planning, organizing, record keeping, and managing the Learning Management System (LMS). Conduct training classes and develop measurement tools to evaluate training effectiveness. Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on production processes and changes. Write, maintain, and run a variety of training and development reports and queries while ensuring data integrity. Qualifications Proficiency in data analysis and experience designing and delivering operational training. Intermediate to expert level with MS Office and other systems. Strong facilitation and communication skills, capable of interacting with employees at all levels. Ability to organize and deliver meetings and training events. Effective written communication skills for emails, SOPs, and work instructions. Minimum: FS in Organization Development, 2 years of operational training, 2 years of industry experience, Bilingual English/Spanish (written and verbal). Preferred: BS in Organization Development, BA in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, 4‑6 years of operational training, and 2‑4 years of industry experience.
