Job Description Steer Commercial Strategy: Spearhead the creation and rollout of comprehensive launch plans, converting high-level business targets into practical sales roadmaps across various modern distribution networks. Maximize Revenue Paths: Pinpoint and exploit key revenue drivers, focusing on expanding market share, refining pricing models, balancing inventory variety, and introducing next-generation offerings. Unified Leadership: Function as the primary strategic link connecting product development, branding, and sales divisions, while mentoring a top-tier team focused on commercial execution. Requirements 8-10+ years managing distributor alliances, distribution frameworks, and revenue-driving initiatives within durable goods, IoT, smart home, or adjacent industries. Robust fiscal intelligence used to rank high-impact distribution initiatives, paired with experience leveraging business intelligence tools to guide operational choices. Demonstrated capability in shaping product introduction roadmaps, designing overarching commercial plans, and rallying diverse corporate departments around shared initiatives.
