Up to $320K | Full-Time or 26-Week Schedule  

Join a premier outpatient surgery center in the San Antonio area where you'll practice autonomous anesthesia care in a modern, high-end surgical environment. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced CRNA seeking strong earning potential, schedule flexibility, and a predictable weekday-focused lifestyle without call responsibilities. You'll work alongside highly respected surgeons while managing your own cases in a setting centered on safety, efficiency, and exceptional patient care.

• Earn up to $320,000 annually in a full-time schedule with approximately 5 weeks off
• Flexible scheduling options including full-time, 26 weeks per year, or arrangements in between
• Competitive 1099 compensation model
• Hourly compensation ranging from $135–$175 per hour , based on experience
• No call responsibilities
• Weekday-focused schedule with optional Saturday cases
• Opportunity to increase earnings through additional hours
• Support available for LLC setup and business structuring
• Practice in a low-stress outpatient environment with healthy patient populations
• Work with a collaborative team and highly regarded surgeons

• Provide anesthesia services in a high-volume outpatient surgical center
• Independently manage anesthesia care for cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures
• Care primarily for healthy ASA I–II patients
• Support procedures including:
  • Body contouring surgeries
  • Facial plastic surgery procedures
  • Combination cosmetic surgeries
  • Select spine procedures
  • Bariatric procedures
• Maintain the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nursing staff, and the broader perioperative team
• Adjust scheduling and availability to align with surgical volume fluctuations

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist ( CRNA )
• Active Texas CRNA licensure or eligibility for Texas licensure
• Strong independent anesthesia practice experience
• Ability to work autonomously and confidently manage cases
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to accommodate varying surgical schedules
• Excellent professional references
