Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift

Work Location: In person, Chicago, IL

Our client is a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Chicago that provides integrated, whole-person care to individuals and families in underserved communities. They are hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join their integrated behavioral health and primary care team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide individual, family and group therapy
• Complete assessments and treatment planning
• Provide clinical counseling and evidence-based interventions.
• Connect patients with community resources and supportive services.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Provide crisis assessment and intervention as needed.
• Work as part of an integrated care team serving FQHC patients

Qualifications:

• Pre-licensed candidates will be considered.
• Master’s degree in social work or equivalent.
• Commitment to serving underserved communities
• Active Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license. LPC, LMFT or equivalent.
• Strong clinical assessment, counseling, and communication skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in community mental health, FQHC or integrated behavioral health settings preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

The annual salary is $75,000–$85,000 , based on skill level.

National Health Service Corps Participation
