CNA/HHA/PCA - $20 to $23/Hour - Flexible Shifts

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Millis, MA . We’re looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers who want flexible scheduling, reliable weekly pay, and the opportunity to provide meaningful support to clients in their homes.

What You’ll Do

Provide personalized, non-medical care based on each client’s needs and care plan. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living

• Helping with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed

• Performing light housekeeping

• Supporting clients with daily routines

• Following care plans and reporting client needs or concerns

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving experience preferred

• Dependable, patient, and compassionate

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
