Other duties may be assigned.Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.Keeps area neat and clean.Reads and uses a tape measureReads blueprints and ordersCommunicate well with coworkersUses hand tools, air tools, and electrical toolsMay be required to travel if needed to work on frames that are hauling our homes. Competencies Must have a strong work ethicMust have the ability to work quickly and methodicallyMust understand safety proceduresMust have good teamwork skillsMust live the Champion Operating Principles Qualifications Mig/Arc Welding experience requiredSome fabrication/design skills/experience requiredPrevious experience in manufacturing/modular housing preferred but not required Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
