El Office Lead es responsable de organizar y coordinar la operación y procedimientos de la oficina para asegurar la efectividad y eficiencia organizacional. Es responsable de proveer los servicios de supervisión de oficina para las empresas del grupo, esto incluye, mantenimiento a servicios e instalaciones, eficiencia de los procesos y administración Supervisión de oficina Control de Correspondencia y Recepción de Visitas Mantener al día el control de accesos a oficina, alarmas y otros servicios de emergencia. Dirigir incidentes al área correspondiente Mantener al día la compra y pago de los suministros y servicios para el adecuado funcionamiento de la oficina. Mantenimiento de los archivos de la oficina Coordinar servicio de limpieza y recolección de basura. Revisar stock y determinar niveles de inventario. Anticipar necesidades de suministro de materiales, equipo y mobiliario. Verificar la recepción de materiales, equipo y mobiliario, Dar servicio a las diferentes áreas de la empresa en tiempo requerido. Administración de caja chica Administración de proveedores: Llevar un control de plazos y pagos de proveedores para un control interno. Recepción y envío de correspondencia Controlar los espacios para estacionamientos asignado a las oficinas. Proceso y trámite alta de proveedor de OC y Facturación.
