Your Impact As a CRNA or CAA at UVMMC, you will deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care across diverse patient populations. Participate in individualized anesthesia plan development. What We\'re Looking For CRNA: BSN or healthcare bachelor\'s degree + Master\'s/Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia, NBCRNA certification. CAA: Bachelor\'s in healthcare + Master\'s in Anesthesiologist Assistant, certification required. 1-2 years\' experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply. Why Burlington?
