About the Position

Hi,

We are actively hiring an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for one of our clients, for a leading Level 1 Trauma and teaching hospital in Burlington. This role involves supporting a high-acuity surgical environment with a wide range of specialty procedures including trauma, neuro, CVT, robotics, orthopedics, oncology, and more.

You will work closely with surgeons and multidisciplinary surgical teams while providing exceptional perioperative patient care in a fast-paced OR setting.

Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
Location: Burlington, VT 05401
Duration: 6 Weeks
Shift: Rotating Day/Evening – 10hr Shifts (7:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Pay Range: Weekly ($2600-$3000)

Responsibilities

• Circulate and scrub for a variety of surgical procedures
• Support General OR, Trauma, Neuro, CVT, Ortho, Urology, ENT, Plastics, Oncology, and Robotics cases
• Assist with Da Vinci robotic procedures and complex surgical cases
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure OR safety standards
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent OR RN experience required
• Prior travel experience required
• Large Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Must be proficient in both circulating and scrubbing
• Strong experience in General OR and multiple surgical specialties required
• Epic experience within the past 2 years required
• Flexible scheduling availability required
