The agent's role is crucial in retaining these potential clients by providing empathetic and professional assistance. They will navigate inquiries with ease, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise with professionalism and efficiency. In this fast-paced call center environment, accuracy is vital as the agent will be responsible for meticulously documenting client information. Success in this role hinges on the sales specialist's ability to connect with clients, adapt to their unique situations, and thrive in a dynamic sales environment. Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pay: This position pays on average $19-$22/hour, this includes a base wage plus commission.
