Bilingual Customer Service Representative

In this role you will have to communicate decisively with customers, distributors, manufacturing and management to ensure customer satisfaction. You must be able to manage your time, have patience and a positive attitude.Responsibilities:Field calls from customers placing orders, or inquiring about existing order statusProvides customers and distributors with quotes/proposalsEnters sales orders into the systemCommunicates in writing via email status updates to customersGenerate and complete Quotes / ProposalsSends customers order confirmationsSupport team members during high peak/high volume call daysOther duties may be assignedSkills and Qualifications:1 year minimum experienceSteady, progressive work historyEfficient in utilizing a CRM system and use of Microsoft officeExcellent communication skills - has poise on the phone!Upbeat team player who loves to "win"Bilingual is a MUST #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
