- Lead overall project design execution, owner contracts, and client relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Create, manage, and communicate project design schedules, staffing forecasts, and project execution plans.
- Oversee project financial controls, including fee estimates, budgets, revenue forecasts, and change order management.
- Identify, track, and escalate potential project risks to leadership while maintaining quality review cycles.
- Lead monthly project review meetings covering financial metrics, project status, and client health.
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors (required)
