Assistant Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Job Title Assistant Project Manager – Data Center Construction Reporting To Senior Project Manager Location Port Washington, Wisconsin Salary Range $68,250 to $106,000 Position Summary Assistant Project Manager supporting construction of mission‑critical data centers. The role coordinates the field team, project team, vendors, and customers, tracks project activities, facilitates meetings, and mentors junior staff. The position is primarily on‑site and may include travel. Responsibilities Coordinate between field team, project team, and customers. Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors. Review and track project activities: change orders, submittals, logs, and documentation. Facilitate team meetings and direct Project Engineers and Coordinators. Develop standard procedures and documentation. Mentor Project Engineers on standard procedures. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred. Three or more years experience as Project Engineer in electrical construction or MEP experience; five or more years related experience including project management. Valid state‑issued driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship available.
