Ultrasound TechnologistLocation: Salem, VAAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: 3 12-hour shifts: Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general ultrasound, including neonatal heads, and be comfortable operating GE E10 and Trophon equipment, while utilizing Meditech and GE PACs for documentation. This position requires participation in a rotating call schedule.Responsibilities:Perform ultrasound examinations to assist in patient diagnostics.Maintain patients' health and safety protocols throughout procedures.Document and report findings accurately and efficiently.Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality care.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:ARDMS and ARRT (S) certifications required.Proven experience in general ultrasound with a preference for neonatal head examinations.Strong interpersonal skills to enhance patient experience.Benefits: Benefits are available for eligible employees.
