Program Manager

Oversee the planning, design, construction, and rehabilitation of critical water and wastewater infrastructure projects Manage capital improvement projects, coordinate engineering and construction activities, and administer contracts Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and City departments to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field 3+ years of Project Management experience 3+ years of experience in Engineering or a related technical field Experience managing engineering, infrastructure, or capital improvement projects Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills 2+ years managing consultants and contractor staff on Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) or large private infrastructure projects (preferred) Current Arizona Professional Engineer (PE) registration (preferred) Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing capital improvement projects and overseeing the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure.
