MasterMold LLC is looking for motivated, mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as Robotics Technicians!

Previous robotics experience is essential but not required . If you enjoy working on equipment, figuring out how things work, and solving mechanical problems, this could be a great opportunity to build a career in robotics and manufacturing automation.

You'll receive hands-on training while working with industrial robots, production presses, and automated manufacturing equipment. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and enjoys tackling new challenges.

What You'll Do

• Learn to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial robotic systems and automated equipment.

• Assist with identifying and resolving mechanical and equipment-related issues.

• Perform routine equipment inspections, adjustments, and preventive maintenance.

• Help with tooling changes, equipment setup, and component replacement.

• Work alongside experienced technicians to diagnose equipment alarms and mechanical problems.

• Learn how hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems operate in a manufacturing environment.

• Support improvements to equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency.

• Follow established safety procedures, including lockout/tagout.

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in working with machinery.

• Enjoyment of hands-on work, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.

• Basic experience using hand tools and power tools.

• Willingness to learn new equipment, technologies, and technical skills.

• Dependability, attention to detail, and a safety-focused mindset.

• Ability to work independently as skills develop and collaborate with a team.

The following experience is helpful, but NOT required:

• Manufacturing or production equipment experience.

• Mechanical repair, automotive repair, or equipment maintenance.

• Technical school coursework or training in robotics, automation, or mechatronics.

• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems.
