Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide a complete top‑down sales solution. Close sales using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory. Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services. Engage with the community outside the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon sponsored events. Benefits and compensation Base pay $16.00–$21.00 per hour + up to $18,000 per year in commissions. Commissions can be up to $14,500 or more, allowing total earnings of $65,000–$75,500+ annually. One or more years of relevant experience (work or military). Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; schedule known four weeks in advance. Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods. Experience in a commission‑based environment (preferred). Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions (preferred). Customer service experience (preferred). Assessment Assessment may be required; approximately 19 minutes.
