Shift Manager

This position is at a McDonald's franchise owned and operated by an independent franchisee. Position Overview Manages shifts, ensures fast, accurate, friendly experience, provides leadership to crew and other managers, monitors performance, ensures safety, security and profitability, communicates with next Shift Manager. Responsibilities and Roles Shift Managers carry out a variety of tasks including planning shifts, monitoring performance, maintaining standards, monitoring safety, communicating with next Shift Manager, meeting targets, supporting departments. As a Shift Manager, You May Be Responsible For Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications and Experience Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with flexible schedule, passion for fast paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
