Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Tulsa, OK, responsible for supporting overall store operations and delivering a memorable customer experience. This role assists in leading the sales team, driving customer engagement, and ensuring that service standards align with Kendra Scott’s brand values. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include overseeing floor activities, supporting visual merchandising, managing inventory processes, and helping implement loss prevention practices. The Assistant Store Manager also participates in coaching and developing team members, monitoring performance, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment. This role collaborates with the Store Manager to meet sales goals, uphold store policies, and execute community and brand initiatives. Qualifications Strong customer‑facing abilities, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills. Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and leadership. Experience with Store Management, including daily operations, staffing support, and sales floor supervision. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to protect company assets and ensure a safe store environment. Prior retail or hospitality leadership experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, team‑oriented work and community engagement.
