Job Title: Project ManagerWhat this job involves: The Project Manager executes technical operations and project delivery in data center environments, supporting client objectives and organizational standards. This role focuses on hands-on project execution, technical coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver facility projects successfully. You'll apply project management methodologies to manage scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk while building positive working relationships across the organization and maintaining alignment with project objectives.Your day-to-day tasks will include:Execute project deliverables by applying project management methodologies to manage scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and riskSupport technical services operations in data center environments and contribute to operational plans that enhance efficiency and service deliveryCollaborate with client stakeholders throughout project lifecycles, coordinating with various parties to minimize facility disruptionsBuild and maintain positive working relationships across the organization and with external clientsSupport technical services team development through mentoring and knowledge sharingIdentify potential opportunities for scope expansion within assigned projects and communicate findings to senior leadershipStay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to support continuous improvement in technical operations and service deliveryAssist in department operations to maintain consistent performance standards and promote a collaborative team cultureDesired experience and technical skills:Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical fieldMinimum 5-7 years of experience in technical services, facilities management, project management, or related industry with demonstrated project execution expertiseExperience implementing operational processes that improve efficiency and service qualityStrong team collaboration skills with ability to work effectively in cross-functional environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage effectively across organizational levels and with external clientsStrong problem-solving capabilities with demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in dynamic, time-sensitive environmentsWorking knowledge of data center operations, industry standards, and technologies in facilities managementThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
