Environmental Project Manager

LaBella is currently seeking an Environmental Project Manager for our Environmental Division in our Permitting & Compliance Department. The proper candidate should be self-sufficient, organized and have experience with Environmental Monitoring on large projects in New York. We are seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead a large Article VII project through construction and manage a group of Environmental Inspectors on the project. We are excited to hear what you could bring to our team and projects. Hybrid (home/office) work schedules are available for this position. Responsibilities Manage an Article VII Electric Transmission Line Project from final permitting through construction including contract management, project change management, client management, etc Manage our Environmental Inspection Team on the project including coverage logistics, and providing project-specific support Conduct field reviews with Monitoring Team to periodically audit sites and ensure compliance Manage project schedules with a focus on proactive planning and critical path issue identification and mitigation Work with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies Maintain and manage the client relationship Prepare change orders for ongoing work and be accountable for project budgets and invoicing Salary Range:$75,000 - $100,000 per year The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
