Bilingual Medical Receptionist

To support patient needs in a remote capacity, the full-time Bilingual Medical Receptionist will manage high volumes of inbound calls, coordinate front office patient activities, and ensure accurate data entry into EMR systems while providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls, providing excellent customer service Coordinate front office patient activities, including appointment scheduling and transport coordination Input data accurately into EMR systems and respond to inquiries from patients and third-party vendors Required qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required Healthcare experience with scheduling appointments and familiarity with EMR/EHR databases Strong computer skills, including data entry and experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word Bilingual in English and Spanish Able to provide dual monitors with at least a 22-inch display
