Job Description:
- Perform patient registration, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain patient charts and medical records.
- Register and check in patients, and verify demographic and insurance information (including eVerify)
- Coordinate patient flow between registration, vaccination, and waiting areas
- Keep accurate, timely records in the electronic medical record and registration systems
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, copying, typing, and other general clerical duties.
- Help patients with kiosk check-in and escalate problems when needed
- Bilingual in Spanish
