Job Responsibilities
  • Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create individualized therapy strategies that enable them to meet their functional objectives.
  • Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Apply evidence-based techniques to enhance patients' mobility, cognitive skills, and daily living tasks.
  • Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Engage with OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care.
  • Empower Patients and Caregivers: Educate patients and their families on therapeutic methods to sustain progress at home.
  • Track and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical advancements and propose modifications to therapy plans, ensuring patients continue on the right journey.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
  • Encouraged and supported participation in ongoing education or advanced certifications
Licenses and Certifications
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification essential
