We are seeking a skilled Windows Server Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize Windows Server environments across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring server availability, performance, security, and reliability while supporting Active Directory, virtualization, storage, backup, and enterprise infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server environments (Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and later versions).
• Manage Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Organizational Units (OUs), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and File Services.
• Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, security groups, and access controls.
• Monitor server health, performance, and system availability.
• Perform Windows Server patching, upgrades, and security hardening.
• Manage virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware.
• Configure storage solutions, including RAID, SAN, NAS, and Storage Spaces.
• Administer backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and application issues.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell.
• Support Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, and Remote Desktop Services (where applicable).
• Integrate and manage cloud services in Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments.
• Maintain server documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and configuration records.
• Collaborate with networking, cloud, security, and DevOps teams on infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience administering Windows Server operating systems.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and File Services.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Windows automation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and hybrid identity management.
• Experience with Hyper-V and VMware virtualization.
• Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, and DHCP.
• Familiarity with Microsoft IIS, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), and Windows Failover Clustering.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Knowledge of security hardening, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Microsoft System Center, SolarWinds, PRTG, or Zabbix.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in Windows Server administration.
• Experience supporting enterprise or hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and automation practices.
