You open the operation manual, review the work instructions and any referenced blueprints, then gather your go-to tools—pliers, screwdrivers, a box cutter, and the appropriate power tools. Component by component, you bring Potter Global Technologies products to life, moving from subassemblies to finished units that customers count on.Throughout the day, you partner with Quality Control to verify that every standard operating procedure and work instruction is followed. You package completed parts into cartons, seal them using an automatic tape dispenser, and keep safety top-of-mind. You check in with manufacturing leaders, welcome coaching to boost performance and product quality, and lend a hand wherever the team needs you.
