Ensure hours and points are tracked correctly for each team member. Identify and correct time and attendance mistakes in a timely manner. Communicate time and attendance information daily. Track attendance violations and print out for the supervisors. Print out daily paperwork for departments. Input time off requests into time and attendance systems. Other duties as requested. SKILLS: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office computer applications. Must have organizational, critical thinking, and good math skills. Must be able to prioritize and complete daily tasks effectively. Minimum of 2-years clerical experience. Experience with Infor, M3, SAP, or other business reporting systems preferred. High School Diploma or GED + 1 or more years of college or technical school preferred.
