Accounts Payable Specialist Our client is a mid-sized corporation that is in search of someone to take on an Accounts Payable role. Qualified candidates will have a prior accounts payable experience as well as an ability to multi-task well, work with limited oversight and the ability to communicate with all levels of employee and company vendors. This is a full-time, fully onsite, temp to perm position offering a pay rate of $28-30/hour. Location- Hicksville, NY Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist job include: Work closely with the Accounting Manager of the corporation Handle full cycle accounts payable processing and reporting Track and process expense reports Process electronic payments Use Excel to proactively build month end reports Qualifications: Three or more years of accounts payable experience required Technical skills inclusive of ERP software and MS Excel Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work well across multiple departments Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
