What we're looking for A fast-growing US beauty brand is hiring a Creative Strategist to own paid social creative end-to-end. You'll lead the full creative lifecycle, from big-picture concepting to final execution, partnering closely with growth, creative, and influencer teams to build high-performing ads that stay true to the brand's authentic voice. What You'll Be Doing Develop and execute creative strategies for paid social campaigns across product launches and growth initiatives on Meta and TikTok. Collaborate with the growth team to design experiments, analyze performance data, and refine creative based on insights. Manage end-to-end creative workflows, including concepting, briefing creators and editors, and reviewing final deliverables. Conduct audience and persona research to identify new segments and improve campaign targeting. Monitor social trends, platform shifts, and the competitive landscape to keep creative strategy sharp and ahead of the curve. Integrate AI tools into creative workflows to improve output quality and efficiency. Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience in paid social creative strategy, preferably in DTC e-commerce. Advanced proficiency in paid social platforms and best practices across Meta and TikTok. Strong analytical mindset balanced with genuine creative instincts. Experience conducting audience research and turning insights into actionable creative direction. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. Collaborative, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, scrappy environment. Nice to Have Hands-on experience implementing AI tools in creative workflows.
