Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Predictable Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ( No evenings or weekends ).

Position Summary
As the BCBA at the clinic, you will lead center-based ABA services with a focus on fidelity and clinical integrity. You arent just overseeing cases; you are mentoring a team of RBTs and partnering closely with families to drive life-changing progress. This on-site role allows you to be a visible, impactful leader within the clinic every day.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Design & Data Analysis
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Monitor client progress using rigorous data-based decision-making and adjust programs to ensure optimal growth.

Maintain timely, high-quality documentation that meets all payer, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Mentorship & Collaboration
Supervise, train, and provide regular performance feedback to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.

Lead caregiver training sessions to ensure families are empowered and progress is generalized.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to care.

Qualifications
Certification: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.

Licensure: Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) (or eligibility to obtain).

Education: Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Experience: 1+ year of center-based experience is preferred; strong skills in assessment and team leadership are essential.

Attributes: Excellent communication, organization, and a commitment to the BACB Ethics Code.
