Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Houston, TX Job ID: 29068 # of Openings: 1 Responsibilities Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging. Supervise and Mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support consistent, high-quality care. Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth. Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Compensation and Benefits Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually; opportunity to earn additional compensation based on center size and mentorship. Monthly Performance Bonuses (uncapped). Sign-On Bonus up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship and Certification Bonuses for supervised therapists.
