The Essentials Compensation & Incentives Competitive Salary: Compensation range of $78,000– $90,000 , based on experience and clinical expertise. Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonus opportunities, paid quarterly — because strong clinical outcomes should be rewarded. Paid Time Off: 20 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays, so you can recharge and maintain balance. Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for eligible candidates. Retention Bonus Program: Up to $40,000 in long‑term retention incentives. Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates relocating to join our team. Professional Development & Clinical Support Structured BCBA Onboarding: A customized virtual orientation plus 6 weeks of supported ramp‑up training designed to set you up for long‑term success.
