Pay Rate: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

• Piece together parts with care and hustle
• Use hand tools, power tools, and a little muscle
• Follow blueprints or simple instructions (no rocket science here)
• Check your work because solid work matters
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and ready to roll

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products or components according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, or machinery to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all parts meet company specifications.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Identify and report any defects, malfunctions, or production issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required).
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not necessarywe provide training!
• Ability to use hand tools, read work instructions, and follow assembly procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
