Regional Sales Representative I, Pain Interventions - Philadelphia, PA

Medtronic seeks a Regional Sales Representative for pain intervention products in the Philadelphia area. The role involves generating new sales, managing accounts across multiple territories in the Northeast, and collaborating with clinical specialists and sales teams to drive revenue growth in a field-based position with up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, recruit surgeons, qualify prospects, and execute sales calls to generate new revenue
• Manage assigned territory accounts and grow existing pain interventions business with minimal supervision
• Coordinate with clinical specialists and sales representatives across multiple territories to identify and implement selling opportunities
• Monitor competitive landscape and maintain customer records, call reports, and documentation per district manager guidelines
• Create annual business plans with quarterly updates and implement approved marketing strategies within assigned budgets

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 4+ years relevant sales, clinical, or medical device experience
• OR Associate's degree plus 2+ years relevant experience
• OR Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
• Ability to travel up to 50% within Northeast region
• Medical device, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences background preferred
