Help HP's Print Supplies division move AI from experimental pilots into measurable business value — identifying practical use cases, deploying assistants and agentic workflows, setting output quality standards, and driving user adoption through training. $147,050 – $230,850 / yr Location — Seniority Lead What you'll do Responsibilities Identify practical AI use cases with measurable value and business owners Design and deploy AI-enabled solutions including assistants, workflow automation, and agentic workflows Support multi-step AI workflows with appropriate human review and escalation points Drive user adoption through training materials, guides, workshops, and direct engagement Establish evaluation and quality standards for AI outputs Coach junior team members on AI discovery, solution design, and adoption strategies Grow into broader AI leadership including playbooks, governance, and scaling decisions What you'll need Experience 5-10+ years in AI solutions, automation, analytics, product, business systems, or digital transformation Hands-on experience launching AI or automation solutions with end users Experience mapping processes and supporting adoption with business teams Ability to partner with engineering, data, and security teams Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Preferred: experience with LLMs, AI assistants, RAG, agents, and structured outputs Preferred: experience deploying internal copilots or knowledge assistants Preferred: experience creating AI training programs and adoption playbooks #J-18808-Ljbffr Workman Labs
