Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs in residential apartments. Including troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining apartment systems, appliances and facilities. Travel to other properties is necessary.Routine Maintenance & RepairsGeneral repairs in apartments, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance issues.Plumbing:Leaky faucetsRunning toiletsInstallation of toilets/supply linesInstallation of faucetsClogged drainsUnclogging resetting garbage disposals.Minor leaksElectrical:Replacing light bulbs and fuses/circuit breakers.Installation/repairing of minor electrical outlets including GFCiAppliances:Minor appliance repairs such as installing elements.Installation of appliances.Installation of water heatersHVAC:Installation of thermostats.Installation of filters.Must be certified to work with refrigerant.Other:Minor drywall repair of holes.Fabrication of window screens/installation of window screens.Adjusting doors and windows for proper fit.Installation of doors.Installation of door handles.ModernHR is an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to Equal Employment Opportunity regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, veteran status, disability, history of disability or perceived disability, and per the Fair Chance Ordinance will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the ordinance.
