Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience
• HCHB experience
• Physical therapy License
• Bachelor's Degree

• Shift Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
• On Call/Weekend Requirement: none
