Customer Service Representative

Client Overview: Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The organization has a customer-first mentality and is looking for someone to grow with the team while providing white-glove customer service. Salary/Hourly Rate: $21/hr Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative will answer inbound calls, process orders, provide delivery updates, and manage schedules. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative: Answer inbound calls and emails from customers regarding order updates. Handle complaints, provide solutions, and follow up with customers regarding their satisfaction. Process orders, update deliveries, and schedule shipments. Take payments and update CRM systems. Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative: 2+ years of previous customer service or sales experience via phone and email. Tech-savvy with the ability to use an ERP system. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Education Requirements: High School Diploma required.
