Position Overview

Join a 34-bed Medical-Surgical unit, where you’ll work in a collaborative, team-based environment delivering high-quality patient care. This role is ideal for both early-career nurses looking to build skills and experienced RNs seeking a stable Med-Surg setting.

Patient Care Environment

• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5 to 1:6
• Team collaboration with:
• • RNs
  • LPNs
  • CMAs
  • CNAs

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Administer medications and treatments
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Required Qualifications

• Active New Mexico RN License
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• 1+ year Med-Surg experience or 1+ year general nursing experience
