Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg / Telemetry

Reports To: Clinical Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $67,000 – $85,000
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (2-year commitment)

Requirements

• Active New Mexico RN License or Compact RN License
• BLS Certification
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• ACLS Certification
• PALS Certification

Unit Highlights

• 34-bed Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit
• 1:5 to 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Strong support staff including CNAs and Unit Secretaries
• Collaborative and patient-centered environment
• Great steppingstone into IMC, ICU, and advanced critical care roles

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and care needs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient safety and comfort
• Coordinate patient-centered care plans
• Utilize advanced nursing interventions and technology
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
