Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to join our collaborative healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive acute care environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

Position Highlights

• Full-time opportunity
• 34-bed Medical Surgical Unit
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5 to 1:6
• Competitive salary: $74,880 – $100,000 annually
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Relocation assistance available

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit
• Assess patient conditions and administer treatments
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality care
• Maintain accurate patient documentation

Qualifications

• Active NM RN License required
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Med Surg experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required within 6 months of hire
