Generate new business through referrals and community outreach efforts in the Hiram area. Provide expert guidance on coverage gaps and recommend specific endorsements to improve client safety. Manage policy renewals by proactively checking for updates and identifying potential savings for the customer. Assist clients during the claims process with empathy and clear instructions to minimize their stress. Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure every application is submitted with complete and precise information. Requirements Property & Casualty insurance license for the state of Georgia. Maintained for at least 2 years Demonstrated history of working in insurance sales or high-volume client services. Strong command of agency management systems and digital document handling. Ability to clearly explain complex policy details in plain language. Dedication to maintaining accuracy in documentation and compliance reporting.
